Two things come together

Product demand is pooled by product and campaign. Your area determines the fulfilment route, not whether you can submit a request. Full cases do not need other buyers to fill a case.

Route cut-offs guide delivery planning. Product requests remain open independently. ICE confirms supply, price and fulfilment before requesting payment.

Payment, on your terms

Interac e-Transfer is the default; card via Stripe and PayPal are alternatives. Saving a card is optional when using Interac or PayPal. Card details stay with Stripe; saving a card or accepting a quote does not charge it. For Interac, transfer only when instructed after group confirmation; ICE verifies receipt.
預設使用 Interac e-Transfer，亦可選 Stripe 信用卡或 PayPal。使用 Interac 或 PayPal 毋須綁卡；信用卡資料由 Stripe 處理，儲存卡片或接受報價不會即時扣款。Interac 請在確認成團並收到指示後才轉帳，由 ICE 核實收款。

We do not cut, re-vacuum, or repackage food. We arrange full-case enquiries and shared allocations of original sealed units.
Individually quick frozen (IQF) does not mean individually sealed. Where packaging is unclear, whole-case allocation is the default. Meeting case counts are planning references, not guarantees for every box.

A prime rib burger pack contains 4 burgers. The pack stays closed; individual burgers cannot be selected.

Shrimp and scallops in a single bag stay together. We never divide loose food into smaller bags.

How do curated starting selections work?精選配搭起點怎樣運作？
Curated combos are optional starting selections. You can change the products or build your own box. Every selection follows the same item prices and original sealed-pack rules.
Is a curated combo a special discount?
No. A combo is a curated starting selection using the same item-based estimate as your box. Opening the same combo again does not add duplicate quantities.
Can I combine full cases with a mixed box?
Yes. Submit full cases and mixed portions in one request. Full cases need no other buyers; mixed portions depend on product MOQ. ICE confirms supply and a suitable delivery or pickup plan.
Is group buying a discount?
No discount is assumed. Choose more variety without buying a whole case of every product. Estimates use proportional case prices, rounded per product line.
What if a group does not fill?
Mixed portions wait for enough product demand. Full cases need no shared allocation. ICE will discuss alternatives if supply or MOQ cannot be confirmed; no automatic payment is taken.混合份裝需等待足夠產品需求；原箱毋須共享分配。如供應或最低需求未能確認，ICE 會商討其他安排，不會自動收款。
Can I order or arrange delivery today?
Browse, build your box and submit product demand without an open delivery group. ICE confirms supply, final price and delivery or pickup before payment via Interac, Stripe or PayPal.即使未開配送團，亦可瀏覽、選貨及提交產品需求。ICE 會先確認供應、最終價格及送貨或自取安排，再透過 Interac、Stripe 或 PayPal 付款。
How current are the prices and packaging?
Check each product’s source date and specifications. Prices, packaging and availability require supplier confirmation. Reaching MOQ does not guarantee stock.
